5:13 he pulls a string from his superman ring. He does this for every 'phantom touch' trick. Doesn't make him less awesome! But that's how he does it. He brushes Zac's nose with the wire first and then quickly asks if he felt the touch. You can even see Zac react to it before being asked.
5:29 he does it again under Zac's chin. And 5:43 when it didn't work the first time.
Again, Leor is amazing. But this trick should be dropped.
After I read this comment i paid attention to that and I must say, that it is a very clever move, cause in the way he does it you wouldn't recognize it if you don't look after it..

@@bpxl53yewz29 You're right in that the video quality isn't great (it's 10 years old!) so you can't see the string. But you'll notice Zac's reaction at almost precisely 5:13 and 5:29. Zac reacts before Lior even touches Jay. Because he tickled him with a string he pulls out of his ring. Especially 5:29. The motion Lior makes from Zac's shoulders to pull his hands up is unnatural. It's because he's moving his hands in a bit toward Zac's face to brush his chin with a string.
I'm not saying the guy's not a great performer. Mentalism just isn't real; there's always a trick. And he's very good.

I totally agree. When Lior started saying "when I was 6 I realized I had the power to..." it was a shame. It's just magician's tricks. Magicians have to mystify, but spreading misinformation that could potentially hurt people is a no-no.

I'm going to feel your face for a second. Both hands go to his face and he touches him from an angle that we cannot see. When he asks him "where did I touch you" he chose is nose obviously. When he did the weird tickling under the chin, he didn't his fingers graze under his chin. So he said nothing. When he did it again, he said "I did, I felt something" right away. Because he touched under his chin again. This is all an illusion to us. As for the hand touching. He touched Jay's hand already. Nice trick.

I've watched some of his videos now. He NEVER gets my answer. Makes me suspicious.
