    Recipes -
    Masala Recipe -
    Roast :
    Coriander seeds - 4 spoons
    Jeera - 2 spoons
    Bay leaf - 2/3
    Cinnamon - 2 inch
    Cardamom - 2
    Clove - 10
    Pepper - 1 spoons
    Saunf - 3/4th spoon
    Add turmeric - 1 spoon
    Blend into fine powder
    --
    Bhaji -
    Steam 2 carrots, 2 potato, 1 cup peas and 1/2 cup sweet corn (optional) with pinch of salt
    Ghee tadka -
    Ginger - 1/2 spoon grated
    Garlic - 1/2 spoon grated
    Onions - 1.5 chopped
    Capsicum - 1 chopped
    Tomato - 2.5 chopped
    Add steamed vegetables and mash well
    Add chili powder as per taste
    Add Bhaji masala - 2 spoons
    Add salt as per taste
    Add vegetable stock and adjust consistency
    Boil for 10 mins
    Close lid and serve after 15 minutes

    Instant Bun recipe :
    Milk - 1 cup
    Lemon juice - 1 table spoon
    Mix and keep aside
    Atta - 1 cup
    Maida - 1 cup
    Baking soda - 1/2 tea spoon
    Ghee - 1/8th cup
    Mix
    Add curdled milk to dry ingredients and mix
    Sprinkle pumpkin seeds, cucumber seeds (optional)
    Baking process -
    Pre heat oven for 10 minutes at 220 degrees
    Bake the bread for 15 minutes at 220 degrees
    And further for 17 minutes at 200 degrees
