Bosnia and Herzegovina is an average European country (mindset-wise). I mean, you have everything you'd find in any other country really. Wouldn't call people liberal since we're just mainstream but I guess from that muslim societies, in comparison to them, we are quite liberal. Islam is obviously part of our culture but religion is just that, one facet of the society, also there are other major religions here such as catholicism, orthodoxy and judaism, most Bosnians drink alcohol and go out like any other European so I guess to you, you would consider it 'liberal'.
