The tune is "Bashful Baby", written in the late 20's. There are several versions here on TH-cam.

Do you have the number of the roll this tune is on. Someone may be able to identify the tune. From the way it sounds, it is probably from the 1920s. Perhaps it wasn't published on an original roll. It also might have been cut for Wurlitzer 150 and Wurlitzer 125 rolls. I very much doubt that it was cut for B.A.B. organ company rolls. Could have been cut for cardboard books. However since there are so many book formats, there is no way to find out which specific book organs would have played this particular tune.

I highly doubt it's a Wurlitzer arrangement. Wurlitzer arrangements were rather simple compared to Mikey Mills's earlier arrangements and some of Andy Park's arrangements.

Absolutely NOT a Wurlitzer arrangement. Wurlitzer arrangements were far too simple and bare-bones to be arranged like this.
Probably a Park arranged tune, could be Stuhmer, it's not Mikey Mills otherwise the counter-melody and every other pipe would be going absolutely mad.
Either way this tune has "Parade Me in London with CBF1's Geese!" written all over it.

Now that some people have identified the tune, this is on Roll 6889 by Andy Park.
Which is a good roll despite this is the only other tune from that roll that is on the internet besides the 3 tunes on Glenn Thomas's website which prove more than enough to me that 6889 is a great roll. This along with 6879 I'd be very pleased to hear all tunes of, if you CAN upload those rolls in their entirety(Or partially at least, 5 tunes or something?)... I won't push you if you can't for any reason.
