What about shadowflame into ie? Did you know shadow flame can make your passive crit? Also, did you know that ie increases crit damage by 40%? 40+130= 420% increased damage on your passive. Also having hybrid damage makes it hard to itemize against Clueless

Their items are better used on other types of champions and the adcs find themselves weaker than before.

shadowflame on twitch is lowkey garbage sadly like it gives a sad amount of pen, the crit is only below 30 percent health and is only 30 percent more dmg, which is actually not bad on the e, but in waht situation would one ever be e-ing the opponent when hes below 30 percent health since e is bulk of ap twitch dmg... ie the item basically gives shit magic pen value and a passive that will mabye help out.
