I only found your channel yesterday and I just want to say how enjoyable it is to watch you persevere and get things done. I also have to say how graceful you are when you complete each challenge. I’ve binged watched a few videos now and they are so much fun to watch. This 64 year old looks forward to watching what comes next.

I don't watch to see you get hurt. I watch for you humor and refusal to quit. Plus it's crazy the stuff you can do.

I get what you’re saying but I do think that Nile, Ash, and Luke all know their bodies and their bodies limits so well as athletes that if they don’t actually think it’s safe to do something, they won’t do it.

the A bars you were actually at disadvantage because the angled one is further away even though then are both not at frg heigh so it would be slightly easier at frg height

These are my favorite type of video's that you make as well. I love it when you try things that you wouldn't think that you would be able to do and then you knock most of them out without a problem and then when you do have some trouble you always make it fun to watch. Thanks for being you.

I love these videos where you perform women's gymnastics, because it helps break that stereotype that men have an advantage over women in any sport when it's clearly just the type of skills you have to train and perfect! You are also so entertaining to watch

While I never actually did an illusion turn on the balance beam, it is a lot easier to do toe Turns on the balance beam when you’re actually on toe. Because you’re on the ball of your foot with stability from your toes when you’re on high tip toe, it decreases the amount of surface area, which also decreases the likelihood of a bad shift of the surface area straight off of the beam. Good luck!

I think the reason why your foot slips of in the illusion turn is because your body is not completely centred. You want to keep your hip above your standing foot.

Can you do a "Tinsica"? Imagine a front walkover, but instead of both hands touching the floor at the same time for the handstand, you touch one hand first, then the other is placed farther forward as the walk over continues. Think of touching down as "hand, hand, foot, foot. Like a cartwheel... You land on one hand, the other hand, one foot, then the other foot. It's like a forward facing cartwheel!! Let's see you do THAT on the BEAM!!!!

In an illusion to stay on pattern you don’t open your hips to a middle split at all. Its just a right/left split. It’s considered a standard trick in baton twirling. A great reference video is the Savannah miller perfect 10 video. Would love to see you react to competitive baton twirling at some point.

One of the first things I noticed was that the braces did their job. Nice choppers! I think the Illusion is a not, unless you can improve the flexibility it's just not going to look good. On the last mount, I noticed that you went to the bar with a flat or slightly rounded back and then allowed your back bend to absorb the impact. J, fearing the impact, hollowed her back, thus she would get the full brunt of the impact without using her frame to absorb some of the force.

Tips for an Illusion, (dance teacher here), let your leg take you around, not your head. you are throwing your body around. What you need to do is let your leg bring you around instead. It is a counter balance move. so muscling it won't work. I have seen a person that doesn't have the best flexibility do one well, because of working the counter balance of it all.

I think the bars would be a bit farther apart at that height, only because they point outward from each other a bit. So they would be sent further apart as they go up…right? 🤷🏻‍♀️

The first skill that you did looks so painful! If I had tried that, or I think, if any normal human tried that we would be laying in bed for a month because our back hurt or we had broken our back lol. When you train in gymnastics or any sport for that matter from a very young age, do they teach you techniques on how to deal with the pain? How do you stand up and keep doing it over and over and over and over without showing the pain you’re going through.
