Oliver had just returned from the works, after some trucks pushed him into a turntable well! The trucks still thought it was funny, especially a truck named S.C. Ruffey, and made fun of Oliver for it. This made Oliver feel bad about himself, and Toad didn't like to see that. Toad decided to come up with a plan to teach S.C. Ruffey and all of the other trucks a lesson they'd never forget!
