This makes me think of the Smoot-Hawley tariff act in 1930 that deepened and prolonged the Great Depression. Smoot and Hawley are the persons that initiated the crisis and they are republican.

The Heritage Foundation is part of a network for "entrepreneurial freedoms". This means that as a Musk/entrepreneur you can do whatever you want with your employees. This is already common practice in the USA. Europe, stand firm, I am a European and want to keep my freedom and health as an employee. Statutory health insurance is not communism, employee rights are not socialism. Europe can provide for itself, there is enough land, Germany is a leader in power storage research and recycling. We need less and less oil. The right-wing extremist hucksters can protect their monopolies as actively as they want. Even megalomania has its half-life.

Microsoft Layoffs: Tech Giant Begins Performance-based Layoffs With NO SEVERANCE | AI Boom To Blame? Looks like my comments were heard after all😘 ➡Indian CEOs of American big tech companies should retire and give way to other more deserving CEOs of different ethnicity, because they simply do not produce tangible results. How is is possible that China is able to develop TicTok and DeepSeek AI before the Indian ceos/techies/tech gurus/IT experts could? How is it possible that a small-time company such as OpenAI (Sam Altman), with extremely limited resources and manpower, is able to develop ChatGPT before the Indian ceos/techies/tech gurus/IT experts could? If I am the major shareholder of those big tech companies, I would appoint a CEO who could deliver results (merit) rather than those CEO who excels at curry favor.🔚
