OMG, my heart broke listening to Gyomei's backstory...I'm 16, and if I was Sayo's age, I wouldn't have told the police that. I would've said the truth---That the demon attacked and Gyomei is the hero. When I was a kid, I was very sweet and caring. I always told the truth. And I got easily attached to people who cared about me. The fact that there are kids out there who actually have the guts to lie about the person who saved you is horrible.
Do know that the mansion is covered with wisteria so...any demon's that approaches goes 🤢🤮🥵...But Muzan just walked right through it after he was transported by nakime... Hence the mist all over his body....
Btw...those kids actually didnt run...they wanted to protect gyomei because he was blind and the little girl who survived said 'He killed em all' He = Demon not gyomei..she always wanted to thank gyomei

I think it's a bit more impactful that they extended his appearance to the ubuyashiki mansion. Like yeah it was cool to just see him show up in the manga, but this is amazing as well. It also let's it sit in that he's finally here. Did it have to be that long? Probably not. But it's a great ass entrance.
The slow walk was designed to be impactful due to Muzan being the only Demon to be capable of walking through that Demon Repellent Flower Barrier. I forget the name and spelling of the flower...but there's a reason they referenced and linked it to Gyomi's story earlier on in the episode. This was all laid out quite well actually, so it all made sense Objectively.
3 minutes of Muzan entrance's animation budget is way higher than the entirety of Seven deadly sins season 3's budget
