Mine won't reverse it keeps jamming up on reverse gonna have a go at stripping it down and repairing it might aswell try flipping the gear round while I'm there hopefully it works I'm not the best at repairs l had a broken big rock for a year lol
Man that's a lot to do just to change to high gear and to adjust the slipper clutch. You should have put in a metal spur gear for the slipper while you had it apart. Does the hl150 come in high gear already? Also give us the top speed in 2s and 3s. Thanks

My old emaxx had a high and low gear too. But with that truck I didn't really notice a huge difference.
Cant wait to see the next vid on this truck. Hopefully it performs great. Im definitely getting me one!

Does the factory setting use the taller gearing or does it use the shorter gearing for crawling?
jtugfestiva it comes in the lower speed setting that I show when I first swap. Then I switch it back to high gear for faster speeds.
CCxRC is there a speed difference between the two gears?
@@jtugfestiva yes. it's high and low gear. it comes in low. I recommend opening up as shown in the video and flipping the gear so its in high gear
