Maybe one switch for the pressure tank and one that feeds a secondary system for hose bibs and such? In other words you have two separate systems? Just a thought. Also for your future list you might want t o get a solar set up just to power the pump in case of a power outage. Just and idea (or set it up for easy gen power). Fires often take out the power.

Yes. Need a backup wiring system if the power goes out. Gotta be able to hook up a generator to run water.
The other theory is... previous owner was too lazy to remove broken pressure switch??

Everytime i use the glue its jelled up NFG. Another dam trip to town but its cool by then i need more beer.

It's wrenching the glue cap off that's a hickey on my weiner. But you're right... the big city does have more beer.
