FAKE ARMY OFFICER ARRESTED IN KASANGATI

The Uganda Peoples Defence Forces First Infantry Division has arrested a 56 year old man who has been masquerading an army officer for many years.
Adam Ssetongo was arrested from Kasangati Gayaza village after the members of the public became suspicious of his actions. His two other accomplices escaped during his arrest.
