IF you like ghee that much, why don't you make it there? it is possible. Get organic butter and let it simmer on slow gas .you will get ghee just like home. unsalted butter.
but they can get any unsalted butter and it would make ghee just fine. When I lived in Usa, I used to do the same. just get butter sticks and let it simmer for long time. I used to get organic cow butter and trust me ghee was much better than Amul ghee. but any stick butter would be fine. you just have to keep trying all the butter until you find best one for ghee.
