Love these two actors. NOT a fan of the 'stupid' and abusive ML script. But I kinda liked the end bit where the ML really commits to making amends and is sincerely repentant.
Would have liked the evil housekeeper to suffer some form of punishment too.

I do like how the two actors act and they have a good chemistry but most of their drama is violence and torture. An abuse is an ABUSE, whether it's physically or mentally. It's not a love story, it's a crime! If I were the FL I can forgive but not forget! so second chance is a No! No! He can repent all his life. And the villain doesn't get enough punishment.
