Comedy is subjective. You can be a funny comic without having the most witty material...or visa versa. Ronnie executes and presents himself with likeability and confidence. I could never compare one comedian to another. Laugh at comics for different reasons. Not because you want them to be what you want.

It’s also not believable as he’s a privileged Singaporean silver spoon pretending to be repressed and victimised. Basically he’s copying American black humour yet he’s the opposite. Being absurd, self deprecating and ironic is key. Think of Jim Jeffries. He got the absurdity right but fell over by not mocking himself. He totally lost the audience when he made a joke about Aussies being racist. You can’t relate to someone when they say fuck you , you’re all different and hate me. That shit goes over a treat in America because you are all guilt ridden over your slave past so bend over backwards when abused racially as being ‘too white’. I call them pity laughs. Much like female comics. Have to fulfil the quota of demographics with affirmative action even if that means promoting cringe crap like Amy Schumer.
When I was organizing my birthday I had to remember that: A few of my friends are vegetarians, vegans, one is allergic to gluten, can't drink alcohol, another one eats kosher foods and one of them had something wrong with her stomach so she couldn't even eat raw vegetables.
This guy is really good..my only criticism is to not repeat phrases so much...two or three times would be perfect...first time seeing him...going to watch some more thanks for the video

Just because Ronnie went to an elite school, one should ASSume he was born with a "silver spoon"; many Asian Americans, FROM VERY HUMBLE BEGINNINGS, work + study UBER-HARD, to get successfully into the Ivy League Universities, so much such that, presently there is a backlash against these Asian Students in said universities + elite high schools, like Stuyvesant in NYC.
My coworker (white) asked me what I like to listen to while he was listening to his music on his phone on speaker. Asked me what I like to listen to on search bar......... I said “I’m ok with anything” ..... then I’m my head I was like fuck it, me “oh I like Tupac”. He looks at me .....”oh I can’t play that here”........... sticking with “I’m ok with anything” because organizer🤦🏻♂️
Libra people are OK with anything even when you're tearing your hair out because they avoid decision making every moment of their life. Best to leave them and hope they can't decide whether to be upset you left or not. But for you it's a total relief because you can pretend you're a Libran in your next relationship and let them do all the work.
