- It is not often you get to see a Lexus LFA on the streets of London, and it is the first time I have ever seen one on the road. The car, coupled with a Novitec Ferrari 430 Scuderia caused a stir in the capital. Crowds began to form as they parked, and the owners were happy to make a lot of noise as well, with huge accelerations and rev limiter revs. Not something that happens every day!

Toyota built v10 engines for f1 cars back then, Yamaha also built V10 engines for costumer f1 teams, so Toyota built the block while Yamaha tuned the exhaust note, thats why it sounds like f1 while only having ~9000 rpm because of the narrower exhaust. The Lamborghini Gallardo also has a similar exhaust note.
lolol mm2 I prefer 1st gen gallardo with aftermarket exhaust, it makes it sound like wild lion. lfa is more mild and refined but still crazy.

LFA is vastly underrated as a track car. The Nurburgring times that the LFA has pulled is astounding given its power/torque figures. It would wreck the F430 Scuderia in a closed-circuit track.

The LFA is an instant classic. A car that could be feasibly driven daily for hundreds of thousands of miles if the owner chose to do so, and one of the more unique and exquisite exhaust notes of any road car, ever.
LFA is definitely one of the best sounding cars. shame it went out of production.
Technically and this statement is just to my knowledge I don't think it went "out of productions" they simply only made 500 of these because lexus just wanted to show they can produce a high end super car. However you may know something I do not but when I watched the video on how these are made it was implied that it was a one time project

Honda is the best when you're a poor kid like me! :( All black, customized with tint, moon roof, double exhaust, Meguiar's triple layer shine that could blind any car out there on even the most cloudy day, etc... My Accord EX is truly a beautiful piece of machinery from back in the day and still kickin! I always get compliments on her and offers I've been a fool to pass up! She may not have the HP to back her up and to out run something like the Ferrari or Lexus but by God her style will outlive any engine til the end of time! Honda has made some really nice looking cool cars for the "average joe" so if you wanna compare the Ferrari with an older piece of crap why not pick the real deal like a Ford or Chevrolet or some other crappy Japanese makes but Honda ... nah it will always be one up when it comes to reliability profilin and stylin if anything! Peace out! :D

I'#m not telling you anything, I think it sounds bad you do not. for me the engine note is just way too high pitched. (almost sounds artificial at times, like the sounds in some crappy driving game) Im not a fan of the sound of an F1 engine either for the same reason

My 07 bmwm6 has a 500hp v10 and it sounds good. The LFA v10 has an exhaust note that sounds twice as good. incredible

When the LFA and the Ferrari were parked together on a street it was the Ferrari that was getting more attention, but once the LFA's 4.8 litre V10 powered on, everything was its bitch. And I mean EVERYTHING. The photographers turned their cameras, the civilians turned their heads, it was the lot. Heck I bet if a Veyron was there it would bow down in awe, and accept the fact that everything and everyone was the LFA's bitch.
