- I bought a new-to-me Ford F-150 SuperCrew that is going to do double duty as my work truck and family truck on the weekends. On four-door F-150's the Back seat has TONS of storage under the seat. However, it becomes useless when you install car seats. To solve this problem I built a drawer that fits under the back seat to hold some of my essentials for easy access. This truck under-seat organizer can be adapted to almost any truck.

Car seat is a real problem in a work truck / family vehicle definitely gonna build something like this.

Fuzzy on the front of the box and end of drawer. Prickly strip connecting them???
Changed my mind…. Little wooden catch. That way you can access it from any side.

Nice! Isn't there a hump in the middle of the floor that you had to deal with? Does the box really sit flat?
@@robira1313 not in the 2011-2014 model year F-150. I can’t speak to others. But it would be relatively simple to build up over a hump

How are you gonna keep the tools from sliding around. Inside the drawer? Are you gonna use the blocks like in your shop?

@@DaileyWoodworks you can’t backtrack now. You admitted on video you would be the one making the box hit the doors if it weren’t secured. 😂
Love the video! I’m gonna suggest this to my dad fir his truck! For a truck bed cover I recommend Peragon. I have one on my truck and love it! It give you lockable storage and can quickly easily be removed if needed so that you get all of your truck bed for hauling large things like furniture.
I’m having a Roll n Lock installed today. It is aluminum that rolls up into a small tool box size box so it’s completely out of the way when needed.
My mom has one on her truck and I really liked how it worked so that’s what we did
