The problem is not in your feedback settings the source of the problem is gt sport settings the feedback is very bad if you try it in games like asetto corsa you will see the huge difference

This is not a beginner wheel.. this also can be found in sale for 300 dollars and makes it well worth it at that price. Next teir up is 450 then hundreds more after that.
