I stumbled upon this video because I was looking for stuff about 4D man, a movie I saw as a kid. But how delightful to see this fine lady. How poised and lovely she was, and remained. I'm glad she had all the success she had in life. What a class act.
Gorgeous lady and a nicely done, informative interview about a fun film! Miss Meriwether seems like a very nice person. No wonder she won Miss America!
I have loved Lee Meriwether ever since I watched her on Barnaby Jones, on Star Trek and on Batman. She is wonderful and such a classy lady. She has aged so well in a time where so many people look plastic and you cannot even recognize them.
I watched 4D Man recently and enjoyed it and the only thing I thought about the roundabout scene was whatever happened to roundabouts. Also for a B pic it had a great score.
It was once rumored that Toho Studios director Ishiro Honda was inspired by this movie when Toho made "The Human Vapor" in 1960. There are many similarities, in the way that Robert Lansing and Yoshio Tsuchiya were men who were both drunk with their newfound powers, but also tortured by them. In any case, I remember seeing this move a ton of times on afternoon TV back in the early 70's and a fe times in the early 80's on UHF TV. Also on Svengoolie last Saturday night . Good movie!
Watched this film recently and thought it had some amazing special affects for the time of course this film came out roughly the sametime as the Man With X Ray Eyes and was wondering if there was a second 4D Man film made years later or wasn't there a Outer Limits version called the 3D Man and had one cast member from the original film in it? One odd thing is this film got a comic book story in Marvel Comics and it is quite possible the same story?

She has remained beautiful all her life.

Your observations are correct. Very gracious woman

This lady is an extremely talented and classy person
I remember watching the movie as a kid and thinking that she was extraordinarily beautiful. I'm glad she talked about the "saliva" scene.
She’s the sweetest
Robert Lansing reminds me of Steve McQueen a little bit.
There's something to that. Steve McQueen is one of a kind, but I see what you mean.
A little bit.
I was thinking Robert Stack
She aged very gracefullly and is still a beauty. My first sight of her was as Catwoman.
