Is there a way to "double tap" or immediately redial someone who didn't answer? I saw you put several manual call steps in the workflow, but that just puts the person back at the bottom of your list again. It's not another immediate callback
Do you know how to manage timezones? More specifically, let's say I don't want to call people in PST at 6am while I start dialing at 9am EST, is there a way to avoid them? Should I just make a different list?

Great Vid. I have a question. I have multiple numbers attached to one contact. Do I need to duplicate the name and make a new customer than attach that number. Im not sure why we have multiple numbers but some we have up to 3 phone numbers per customer.
In this case you can do them all in one. Because they are going to go in and out of the workflow instantly. I wouldn’t have a long workflow for dispositions. I would have the call status workflow add people to other workflows when relevant.

You would create a workflow with manual call actions and upload your list into the workflow.
