The main issue is maturity of students while they do college.
The age at which 1 st standard starts is vital. In all other countries it is 7 years.
But Here?
The 4 year education is given when the student maturity (for most) is not sufficient to take it up.
The new education policy strictly guides it as age 7 now.
So it will take several years to see the benefit of this from now.

In the first place, computer itself was a mechanical device when it was first invented. How to adapt is a skill. 4 years education is not to make the rest of the life rigid. People learn and adapt throughout their life. Just because you are an employer, it is not necessary that people will accept your statements. Many founders of the top IT companies have been from non IT graduation
retention still issue .............no bond good culture ellam ok but what about small IT company, don't he get attracted to higher salary company & jump ?
Can you explain for an experienced professional you can train on new technology. If they are working in different technology they want to move to different technology are you able to support and placement on jobs.

Taking the analogy from speaker: for promotion L+1 from L, one needs to demonstrate L+1 skills. Similary, when hiring for a role, one needs to look for candidates who demonstrate the skills for that role. Why look for open mindset without skills ? Its more of a problem of people showing up with less skills or inexperience and then one need to look for open growth mindset.
