These things are standard in JLR cars as part of the service plans, even down to the filter in the ventilated seats

Why on earth buy a car just to look at it, rather than driving it ie 1000 miles a year !!

I own Ferrari's, an Aston, Lotus. I service all my own cars and keep all the old bits to prove I've changed them. Furthermore, main dealer genuine parts nowadays are largely Chinese low quality, I buy independant reputable makes instead, robstness. Synthetic oil does not need changing, unless you drive 7-10k a year. Since 2014, Porsche 911's have 20k oil service intervals.
