    My boss is so stupid cheap that he won't buy us the collated screws for the auto feed screwgun heads. I can't make him understand how much more productive they make us.

      My boss refused to buy a DeWalt drywall sander, untill I refused to come into work 1 week passed and he bought 1 🤣
      Remember, he needs workers for his business to prosper, you don't need him or his business.

      Collated all the way as the saying goes, "work smarter not harder"!

      Not a boss but I'd wouldn't get those for my employees either if ur a decent drywaller u can screw fast enough those auto feeders take more time to learn holding it perfectly straight is the only way to get the screws in perfect without having stickers atleast with the cone u can go slightly on an angle alot of guys just don't have the proper technique screwing I see drywallers that take 1 screw out of there pouch at a time like wtf bro!.8 years experience.
      And also the auto feed screws here in Canada are alot more like waaayyy more not worth to get they also suck for corners every f#ckin screw sticks out

      @@cornyfehr1094 also from Canada, a guy on our job sites literally hand reloads his collates strips with the Normal cheap drywall screws. I’ve asked him alot about it lol. He can load 1500 screws in 10-12 minutes. Sets up a sheet on like 20 degree angle and pours the screws on it. they all turn so they are facing the same direction, pretty cool imo. I understand both sides that’s a pain to do but also he can hold his sheet and screw at the same time without a helper.

    Great comparison. Not sure if you guys know or if anyone else has said but my router seems to cut better when running counter clockwise

    I got this router 2 weeks ago and I love it love the grip love the weight and I especially love that they added a belt clip that's pre-threaded number one thing on why I bought it for 230$ f#ckin dollars bare tool here in Canada i love that they finally made these brushless like WTF took dewalt so long omg those older models last me a year and the Bush bearing wears out if u hang 3.5 to 4k ft of board a day I'm really hoping this router goes atleast for 3+ years the only thing I was wondering about is the (DCE555B) which is brushless now comparing to the brushed (DCS551B) both run at 26,000rpm?which is fine gets the job done but why wasn't that something they could've improved as well would've made it slightly heavier but I wouldn't mind having a more powerful motor Makita has one (DCO180Z ) which i believe is the cheapest version they have runs at 30,000rpm

    How does the dce555b stack up again the router mod you did 2 years ago? Is it better or should I stick with the mod?

    • @csdrywallhawaii
      @csdrywallhawaii  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The mod can handle more but the new router is so much light better for details.

    Does the newer DeWalt router take thicker bits than the older model?

    • @SuperUncleRyan
      @SuperUncleRyan ปีที่แล้ว +1

      They both use collets that can be swapped out for the different size bits. I prefer the 5/32 bits because they cut better and last MUCH longer.

    Great tools, but you guys are really cutting 90% of your boards off for those huge windows? At some point it's worth just installing strips.

      Yea but if there’s more “rippers” that means MORE taping for the tapers , homie knows how to hang drywall 👌🏽
