So there should be no charges against citizens who do that to cops.

So, what's next, maybe now we'll hear why there will be no charges against the correction officers who killed Robert Brooks? I'm sure that attorney would deem that 'intervention' necessary too.

$15 is not enough even here in Arkansas. Can't make ends meet on it.

Hate is a heart condition. Nothing to do about a ticket.

@@wadzihoert6174 the reason for the stop is a traffic ticket that the elderly man refuse to sign. please make sure you watch and listen to the story before making a comment. you are the second person on two different post that has a comment but you haven't listen or understand the story. the officer didn't come into contact with this elderly man just on a routine stop. it was and accident that happen and he was trying to give him a ticket. that is what i meant when i said "its to much force behind a ticket." lord

We already know why there won't be any charges. Stop it already.. Until "BM" handle their business, be quiet.

Not signing a ticket, doesn't make the ticket not valid. All the cop has to do , is issue it. If signatures were required , then the traffic violations issued by traffic cams would never get paid, parking tickets left on windshield's would be invalid as well. All the officer had to do was write the ticket, and leave. That was all that was necessary. He had already explained why it was issued , got the information needed to issue the ticket, and had already written the ticket.
The officer chose to stay and ultimately chose to violently escalate. A man putting his finger over his lips and saying shut up , does not, in a way necessitate a violent response.
