I wish you would have included the measurements because I tried this exact same way (Airdried) and it didn’t work. Maybe I put too much fabric softener or either Sundried doesn’t work 😢

There is no specific way to make gym chalk you can just add water and chalk powder they add corn starch and baby powder because of crunchy and powdery texture and clothes fabric because of smell

This is because the bowl one had more quantity of the chalk mixture so it wasn't completely dried yet and the blocks were thinner so they were crispier

@@Adrita.18 when the reform is fully dried and we crush it, it becomes powder again and we add water into it. We dont make it soup consistency but like a paste and then we put it in a mold or container and we dry them either on dehydrator or sun dry them and when it is dry again crush and repeat it.
