My favorite scene always has been to watch his reactions while opening the cartons, he's always over excited jumping in and out of the boxes. Love the way he's filled his pouch and the way he stands to say bye bye and thank you. Ms Mendoza has sent such lovely gifts and eatables for the Yoyo family, Jr. is so privileged to have so many fans who love to watch him in a different role daily. Surely you’re not naive to think this monkey isn’t being used for money. It’s how the YoYo Family is making their living. The viewership translates into much, much higher living standards than average, and along with their marketing of YoYo merchandise, they’re also profiting. It’s YoYo who’s been working. The family does treat YoYoJr at least on camera lovingly and with happy fun. The grim reality is how much suffering did this primate endure to “walk?” Monkeys do not walk (bipedal) and it deforms their bodies. Wearing shoes is even worse. It’s torture, and at times you see the fear in this monkey’s eyes and expression as it looks to dad. As for AiTran having YoYoJr around once she’s bigger, within a year a new member will join the YoYo’s, because once these primates hit puberty at around 3, they undergo a drastic change both physically and mentally. It’s not possible to care for them. This family has a goldmine in the series of YoYo’s.
The family, mom and dad are loving parents to their beautiful baby girl, and although Jr will not have the lifespan of 20 - 30 yrs in the wild, but around 3, until he’s outlived the cuteness, they clearly know who’s keeping them in a lifestyle they like. Unlike other owners who are monstrously abusive to these creatures, they do care for YoYo. Would he have lived a long life in the wild? Perhaps. Even there the troops have constant infighting for dominance. But to reiterate, make no mistake about who brings home the bacon. It’s YoYoJr.
