Hi, I just bought A1 and tried do the calibration according to video. But it failed to finish. I connected the app with the trainer but connecting is written on the screen during the calibration and couldnt accomplish it. The I switched to zwift, power reading is good but cadence is wrong. I ride around 90rpm but it shows 65 RPM. How can I Fix this ?
I've set up the Thinkrider X7, but when pedaling / Spinning the wheel it feels like it's very heavy, not as smooth as you have set it up. Can you guide me to edit the installation so that it works as good as your video?
Hi can somebody help me. I only have 7 speed bike. Then my thinkrider already have 11 casset install . Then when i try to ride. The gear keep changing its self. So meaning for 11 casset i can only used 11 speed bike?

Hi do I always need to re calibrate before any brand new ride ?

What's the reason why your trainer is not supported by Rouvy AR? Rouvy cannot answer my question, maybe you can?

Hi Chelsea, Our bike trainer accept 11 Speed (compatible with 8, 9 & 10)
, 12 speed (XD,XDR). Thanks for your understanding.
Is time to upgrade ur bike too....
