I've been watching asmr for years now but in the last year have gotten over it mainly because most asmr artists have gone over the top and overdone the whole thing with just a couple of exceptions: Queen of Serene and LATTE! Latte keeps it simple which gives her videos such a therapeutic quality- the whole point of asmr. (Unlike the theatrics of all the others.) Keep up the good work Latte!

I’m currently watching this with a migraine trying to get some sleep so I don’t have to stay awake through the pain (any migraine sufferer will understand) and I’ve been struggling to find any video that I can watch without worsening the pain. @@typ1349 I went thru Prime to get my CDL. I kept my class A license but I didn’t like the lifestyle. I prefer staying home. My husband still drives a big rig for a living. With trucking, you really have to stay out for several weeks and only take a few days off at a time. Remember, if your wheels aren’t turning, you’re not making any money!! Best of luck and stay safe!

Team trucking feels like slavery if the wheels aren't moving you aren't getting paid and if you struggle to sleep in a moving truck you are screwed. The mean dispatchers will punish you by making you sit for days if you request a break between loads to sleep a few hours while not in motion. You can make good money but I'd do this job only very temporarily

I had occasional migraines stemmed from stress, anxiety and being a former martial artist who had years of having my head and face punched the f**k out and something that helped me tremendously was, believe it or not, chiropractic.
I've been going to a chiro for 3 months doing all sorts of neck, spine and hip adjustments and it has been wonderful. I went from 5 migraines a month to one, two...

So it's midnight and my daughter is in my bed... Not sleeping. I turn this on to watch it. latte said "hello" and my daughter turns around so fast and said "I love this lady. I like her voice and she says mmmhmm alot!". She was out in 5 minutes 😂

Ignore, block and report them. TH-cam might not do much but so can they if no one‘s willing to give them attention.
The only thing they can do is spam and beg for someone to notice them to the point of harassment, but do not let their hateful words get to you as it is their purpose to provoke an emotional response. I know it‘s difficult, especially since you‘re most likely listening to ASMR because you yourself have anxiety, etc.
