Lol when your reverse is faster than your highest gear
I think the theory was that since the engine was shooting fire backwards, he had to reverse to avoid being blasted by that shit while driving. It's extremely unsafe to go full speed forward without being able to see anything.

Bumsly Depends. If you look at how he shifted into reverse, he cranked the lever all the way down at 8:40. That could mean he has a tractor transmission, which allows for 4 different reverse gears and 4 different forward gears. The fastest reverse gear on a tractor transmission is exactly as fast as the fastest forwards

I mean sure one's known to be faster but if the driver doesn't have experience - won't necessarily win. All about experience, heart and control. Dom has all of that, that's why he wins. Not just because the car has power

That's showing how fast you can go. Like I said, not everyone can race. If I have more experience than you and you're not familiar with your car's full potential, don't know how to control - you'll easily lose.

One point of the race the Chevy gets shoved into something that can slow it down and at one point both cars separate ways till they meet again. The thing with F&F movies is that almost everything you see resembles what happened in the previous chapters.

The reason why vin was able to go fast in reverse was he because vins cousin installed a tractor transmission wich has multiple reverse gears.
Hope this answers the question why the car dom was driving was able to go really fast in reverse

The problem with the movies after Paul's untimely death is, as a character, there's no way Brian wouldn't be there to help Dom save his son. The send off he got in fast 7 was beautiful, but still.
They made it clear that Brian and Mia don’t know about Dom son. They didn’t want to call them. So it’s make a bit of sense.

Not really. I know guys at auto wreckers that can dismantle 3-4 cars completely in a 8 hour shift. Taking fenders, doors and bumper is literally gonna take minutes to pull out.

@@s.amiri05 it all depends on how familiar you are with the car being worked on, how much is holding it on there and in this seen he was just pulling the body panels off, not undoing bolts. Not to mention he also stripped the interior. I mean if you dont care about the parts coming off, then sure, I could have that off in minutes as well
