🙋🏻♀️🤔
This video is absolutely fantastic. It gives a simple, completes explanation about the inner workings of these ships. The 3D animation is really fantastic to watch and the actual working of these ships is much more complicated than I ever imagined.
Agree
If this video is a fantasy for you, it means you haven't finished your kindergarten course.
Please do how a steel mill works next.
Don’t forget the section on infamous industrial incidents and how OSHA prevents them
I want to see this also
I have never seen such a career before. this is amazing 3d demonstration
I take it you don't live near to the sea lol
Thank you for showing how complicated loading the tanks is.
Very well done. LNG ships were the topic of my Master's Degree in marine engineering.
Hello from Greece, i am also working on this topic fo my master too! Would you like to discuss about this?
@@user-nx4ng1nz1l Thank you for contacting me. I did my masters about 30 years ago in Croatia, Dubrovnik and I stopped sailing about 20 years ago. Technology has changed a lot since then so I don't think I would be of much help. I also changed profession away from ships although now and then I like watching maritime related articles. Good luck with your masters 🙂
@@user-nx4ng1nz1l we are in the same boat brother.. but I'm doing LPG... But still we have something to share
@3DLivingStudio. With around five years of shipping LNG under my belt, you've done a great job of providing an overview of the types of vessels involved in the trade without getting too bogged down with the complexities involved.
5:50 the detailed explanation of the loading is just brilliantly explained.
Watched all your tanker vids in one go. They are great! Good work!
For someone who works in the industry, but not in a technical role, thanks for great and easily understood video!
I saw one of these gigantic ships in Malta recently and was wondering what it can carry. Now i know. Took some cool pictures of it as well when we sailed past it with our tiny boat. Cool video and thanks for your efforts
Cool Bro
My dad used to work with Natural Gas
He’s retired now
Just reminds me of him
Your video is the best explanations of how LNG ships work.
Thanks for supporting
Great video! I had no idea there’s different types of carriers besides the ones with the large spheres (Moss type) and that they can cool the LNG or use it to fuel the ship.
Wow that's a cool perspective to see the size comparison of the gas vs liquid, great video!
Every topic covered in this channel is always very well explained. I love learning how things are made, and how they work. Keep it up!
Thanks, will do!
very well made video, TH-cam needs a lot more of these.
Nice models, good explanation, no dragging on the video.
10/10 rating
I generally hate music in technical videos, but this music is OK - gentle and quiet.
I lowered the volume down so it doesn't interfere with the narration. I'm afraid that without a little music the video might turn out as boring as a college lecture.
These 3d renderings are ELITE.
I never saw a Mega LNG carrier compared with Aircraft for size. Yes the big carriers are truly massive. Thanks for producing video.
Thanks for watching!
soon we are fabricating in china shipyard
I never saw real one too…only in picture😂
This was very informative! Please do cement, aluminum, and glass factory next!
That's interesting to think about
Nicely done man!
Finally! there's what I need. thanks a lot!
Really appreciated your explanation . Thank you 👍👍
just....wow good video, amazing production.
I love your graphics, and especially your calm and informative pacing of the material. Keep up the good work!
Thank you
Animation creates the next level.
Very well explained. Excellent.
Thank you
Thank you for making and sharing.
Always interesting videos! We want more and more! 🚢🚢🚢
More to come!
This is a beautiful and simple explanation of how the LNG carriers work. I thank you. so much for all your hard work and I will subscribe to your channel.
Thank you for good information.
Another excellent video explaining how liquid gas is transported
Glad it was helpful!
great video thank you!
Great video. Perfect.
This explanation is superb. I have to direct my students to this video
Great animation created sir !
thank you, this is very interesting and informative
Great video!
❤
Great job on this introduction
This is amazing
Научно-популярный ролик отличного качества! Спасибо, лайк!
Awesome!
Great job
Well done. Good video.
Excellent presentation
Excellent performance
LNG Trains would be awesome to see!
Pipelines are better, which is why we don't have LNG trains.
(By "better", I mean more efficient and therefore cheaper, while also being safer and less likely to leak - so better for the environment as well)
@@jeffbenton6183
The pipes don't liquefy the gas though.
It's easier and safer to transport the gas as a gas at room temp and high pressure rather than a liquid at those extreme cold temperatures.
great video
Good stuff
thanks Lucious
thanks alot sir . i learnt a lot
Very good video, just some operational inaccuracies but overall it was a great value. LNG vapor used for displacing the inert gas (The process is called Gassing up) is entering through the vapor header and not from the spray nozzles ) at least for the membrane type but i doubt that is any different for the moss type.
Very well done video and educational that you .
very informative animation. Thanks for effort made it for us.😊😊
Very interesting, keep it up
Thanks sir for animation vidio
Very nice
Wonderful video
Very interesting.
very nice, subscribed 👍👍
Interesting.
Great job bro
Yes.
güzel bir anlatım elinize sağlık...
very informative thanks for this. can you also make a video about bulk carriers next.
That's a good suggestion
Great effort brother.. video is fantastic....
Expecting a video about LPG
Thanks for enjoying!
Nice 👍
Please upload more videos on ships
Very interesting
Great
Would like to see , how Gas Carrier dual fuel engine works!
Please make a video about bulker and container vessels ) it will be nice to see it from you.
HI , Please make similar video about LPG ship types
leonardo da vinci would be like a child in a candy shop if he saw this, or he would think it was a monster lol
I'm about to start a oil and gas engineering degree. Watching these just to lower anxiety a bit. :')
Industrial cranes next please
Good jobs for us we try to learn thé procès
Please make bulk carrier 3d demonstration video
tq guys
Forgot the radar pipes in the gas tanks 😊 I had the honor of making them for some years 👍
supercool
Keep it up.
Keep it up
Can you do one about container ships or bulge carriers
terimakasih pencerahannya...ijin DL yah...🙏🙏
Balls harden - the ship edition :)
As a teenager the vpn is very helpful to perform some operations 🙃
Can the above ships be used similarly for LPG transportation?
Have a nice day!
According to my research, the answer would be NO. Because LNG and LPG are different, and require different designs of cargo tanks. Even though they can look similar from the outside, but LNG tanks have to maintain an extremely cold temperature, but not the LPG tanks.
Make video on chemical tanker
Can you prepare a video about (aesa radar)
Nice vedio. Can you please tell which software is used for 3D animation?
3ds max
Sir please describe commercial aircraft.
What 3D program do you use and how long does it take to make your renditions?
3ds max, rendering was long, about a month
@@3DLivingStudio oh geez! I appreciate the effort though! These videos are very nice. And your voice adds a personal touch.
I wanna see how refeer ships work as well
When the LNG is discharged, is the tank left empty or is the vapour displaced by some other gas?
What is the approximate capacity of a single LNG carrier, and how many households can be powered by this amount?
The thing i love and hate is the company that own these ships tend to have huge debt 😂, make it unattractive for me as retail investor, but i love this ship! ❤
Can make a vedio about CRP propeller how to work?
That's something interesting to look into
Vídeo is nice and easy to understand, but instead "Liquefaction plant" it's a compressor room, in fact that place used to gas management of pressure inside the tanks, a liquefaction plants needs a cooling exchange...by a more cooler thing...such liquid Nitrogen... It's expensive process and requests a lot of energy... In reality this house contains inside a group of 2 types of compressors, high demand and low demand and use to pump dry air, purging by Co² and cooling down by Natural gás in vapor ... Once we have cargoes on board we deal with pressure using compressors to help, normally the temperature increases we can use liquid from bottom of cargo tk to spray this vapour on compressor room some parts in liquid form we send back to the tanks ...
Interesting 🤔 Wonder how much gas you have to transport to be profitable with the fuel costs.
