Tomato Lake: In 1913, Mr. Stephen Craig planted tomatoes on the swamp thinking his chickens would love them. So, Mr Stephen grew so many tomatoes, sold them to his neighbours and a local sauce factory. Mr Craig's tomatoes became so famous that people started calling the swamp Tomato Lake.

G'day to you! Many Years ago a very Good Late Friend worked on this Lake Cleaning it up, he used a small, boat to do it! very interesting!
