First 8 seater chairlift in New Zealand. This CD8 was constructed by Leitner over summer 2020-2021 opened for the winter ski season on Friday 11th June 2021. This lift has very comfortable padded seats, an extremely smooth ride and runs at 5 m/s and a trip takes 2"05.

Nice perspective of a Leitner detachable. Leitner seems to be somewhat of a rare breed of lift manufacturer in North America, with only 3 in the U.S, and 4 in Canada. Wish there were more. I just love the way they design their terminals; it looks modern and eye catching when going by. Again, great video.
