That’s true fella. But most budget home carving knives aren’t particular sharp to the cut. Like the shit IKEA one I’m holding there. As you say, most don’t know how it can’t be bothered to sharpen. Or their notion of sharp isn’t actually that sharp. I always find small fast blades much scarier!
