The new skids do have a through bolt through the rear scissor and they sell an update kit which is just the bolt you drill it out with a 1/4 inch bit and your set to go
I have the updated 22 rail with the through bolt and spacers! Love the videos! Been following since near the beginning of you channel keep pumping out the killer content!! 🤘
As much as you work on sleds how do you not have a pneumatic rivet gun?? Also it would be nice if the brace was made with an upgraded mount for that pivot....
A bit surprised someone hasn’t made a full billet one piece rail for those sleds. I’m sure some people would pay the 1500 dollar range for something like that.
Just moved from a m8000 15 to an alpha 19. Really liked this video!

That skid looked super easy to pull out. Duel rail skids have to be wiggled out way more.
Love this Channel!!! I'm still sitting on my sled in the Garage. Pennsylvania = frost.... no Snow
Wow looks like a must do to the alpha great stuff yet again 👍👍👍
Alpha one is badass!
Great work!
Sick sled brotha I love the green on purple
Great to see you guys back at it. It seems to be the season of upgrades.... lol.

Check out the Pin'd performance rail brace if you want a proper solution to your loose scissor mounts.
Stay tuned!

Arctic cat have a original fix kit to the rear scissor, it comes stock on the 2021 machines. And i have it on my 2020 Alpha MC :)
Need an air riveter, my hands are sore just from watching… LOL!
👍 looking good! Great vid✌️
Well done.!!!!
Have you thought of colour matching the idler wheels to the AC purple? Feel like it would look good
Lookin pretty sweet!!
Good morning
Imagine all the weight you could save if you took out all the rivets nuts and bolts from your entire machine and just glued everything together!
Why do you think Polaris' are so light and so weak 😂💀
Hey man what exhaust/can do you got on that alpha it sounds awesome
Do you know what was changed on the 21 rail? Cat sells a brace for a 19-20 and one for a 21-22
Was my comment removed? Arctic Cat has a kit with number 0637-535 with a through bolt. It is stock on 21.
Where did you find rivots with black heads?
What is the track deflection
What front bumper is that
?
Common man, get a air riveter.

Think you’re weakening the rail by drilling all those holes though?
Possibly, but he is doing it for the the extra strength added by the brace
@@nickallen8766 I get that but the brace is only as strong as what it’s riveted to. No? I guess the load would be spread out more…. What do I know lol
Standard CAT those rear mounts are max sketch.
My 21 the bolt goes all the way through the rail
if i were to upgrade my rails on a 2017 800 lynx, to longer rails, can i use the same mounts? do you have any form of idea?
You just need longer rails. Then all the suspension components can be moved to that set.
@@syxxes wish there were carbon rails for pps skids:P thanks for the answer❤️
Drill through the rail and put a spacer in then you can use a threw bolt
Stay tuned 👌
The ‘21 update is a through bolt on that rear arm,
Thats pretty poor shock mount longetivity.
Why are you always looking away, never right at the camera lol
It seems like a lot of money to pay for a sled to have to reinforce it so it won't bend and break just saying
ill never buy one of those
