How wonderful to hear someone who prepares in advance to give such a wonderful presentation. Being able to speak without “ums” “ah” “like” used ad nauseam while speaking certainly is a treat these days.
I have a few favorite quilt instructors but Edyta is my favorite! Not only are her instructions clear and easy to follow, I love how she encourages everyone along the way. She is the sweetest person!! I ordered my ruler today and I can't wait to begin using it!
Gave my hubby this video to watch tonight to divert him from politics for a few minutes. He’s now totally crushing on Edyta, and I suspect I’ll be seeing this ruler on December 25! 🤣
I love it when a teacher is so excited about something! I always look forward to hearing about new rulers, and I know this one will be an awesome addition to my CG collection! Looking forward to seeing the new videos and maybe doing a sew-a-long! Happy quilting! 🧵🍁🍂
I forgot to mention how much I appreciated the photography in this video! Showing the overhead while keeping her in the corner was great! Love it when that is done. Keep it up!
neat, that looks so versatile! I'm ordering it today. On a side note, I hope Edyta got some oxygen after the shoot....I don't think she took one breath! 🤣
Hi I am hoping to start my alaska quilt soon but was wondering if you have the fabric requirements figured out for the larger size blocks? I would like to make mine a little bigger so it will fit my king, thank you , Christine
So why can’t you use a 60 degree ruler just like Edyta used. because if Edyta just got the ruler, then she must have used ‘normal’ rulers for the quilt?
I love Edyta ! She is my favorite designer! I love how joyful she is and she’s so encouraging.

Edyta's upbeat & encouraging instructions are the best! I love her energy and clear, precise demonstration of her tutorials. ❤❤
I just love Edyta! She is so sweet the way she teaches. Another great ruler from Creative Grids!

Great demo and clear explanation! Love your positivity!
Edyta is so pleasant to follow.... Keep her coming!
She is such a lovely teacher even a beginner will feel confident.
Oh wow! This is going to be a great addition to my CG collection! Cannot wait to make a quilt with baskets! Thank you for the tutorial! 😍
Very good instruction. It would be even better with some close-up shots of the ruler lines for exact cutting. Thanks.
I love the corner in corner picture of the teacher and the cutting area!!!
Such a beautiful quilt block! Thanks for posting!
I own so many Creative Grids rulers and love them all, this one will be a must have. Thanks for the gteat demo
Thank you, Edyta! Great video and tool!
I am so impressed. What a great ruler. I can not wait to get one. 😄
I’m curious to know if you can make a periwinkle mug rug like the one Missouri star did but using the Alaska ruler?

Where can I get the pattern for the quilt on the wall behind you? I love it.
The pattern is called Alaska. Edyta has multiple colorways and kits on her website. www.laundrybasketquilts.com/online-store/search%3Fkeyword%3Dalaska

Great tool!
Wondering how different this is from the "kite" ruler.
I see a sampler quilt in the near future. 🔮
