GODKILLER: LAST HOPE is Transplanar RPG's first ever in-studio actual play series. Episodes premiere weekly Saturdays at 8pm ET. LAST HOPE is a standalone series and perfect for those new to our campaigns, though it is set in the same world as Arc Two of The Chaos Protocol. LAST HOPE utilizes Godkiller RPG by Connie Chang. Litany pleading as their mother keeps walking past them … holy DANG. This series is very well written, but it’s made so much better for how it’s played. The mechanics focus on ROLE play, rather than ROLL play, and this series clearly shows the difference.

Sooo, I have ADHD and one of it's "features" is that I can't sit still and do nothing for an hour... Godkiller: Last Hope is the ONLY Series, where I can sit there, enthralled just watching and doing nothing for an hour. I beg of you please continue the stories, even if it isnt Litany and Tianshengs... (Though I wouldn't mind seeing those two again ^^)
THIS WAS SO BEAUTIFUL!!! I hope and pray that we get a season two, but if we don’t, this was still an incredible series (and likely hyperfixation)

At 7:54, when Li starts talking about this being their redemption, I was *aching* for the DM to reply simply with "This is not a story about redemption".
Unfortunately had to leave midway through the livestream but omg this was an emotional roller coster! No one in my personal life is safe from me talking about this show anymore its that good
That series was amazing. It was a whole rollercoaster of everything. From a weapon to someone with a mortal heart. I am so glad i found this channel when i did you all are absolutely amazing.

I have written it before but I haven't been this invested in a story in a long time, haven't been waiting for the release of new episodes of something in such a long time.
This was brilliant and as a fellow GM I have taken many of the things Connie has done and used in Last Hope to bring into my own games and they reminded me of things I used to love about the power of narrative and am now rediscovering! So thank you so, so, so much to both of you and your production team! Winds of Change in our backs for real! Damn was this a phenominal show!

i can’t put into words how incredible this is. the role-playing on both your parts is the best i’ve seen. i know this is going to be one of my favorite pieces of media for years to pass. the scene with litany and their mother leaves me speechless. that grief being unraveled, allowing her to finally let go, to pass. and AHHKGLSLA THEY KISSEDDDD!! that moment was done so beautifully

This miniseries has been a wonderful treat to look forward to each week! I'm so excited for the full release of Godkiller-- I love the intimate way a story can be told between just two people. It just makes me want to tell more stories, too. Connie and Sea did such a wonderful job, and I would never say no to more time with this world and these characters!

About 5 days ago, I started Godkiller First Blood, because I needed something on in the background at work. I decided I'd finish that one, and start this next one, and figured I'd finish it over the course of a couple of work weeks. Its less than a week later, and the emotional roller coaster as I've been drawn into both of these stories has been, overwhelming, in the best way.
Thank you so much for what you do, the impact that both of these campaigns, and all of these characters have had on me and so many other people is life changing. I haven't cried at a piece of media, or art, really, in a long time, but something about the way you present and play these characters makes it impossible not to feel connected to them and their stories.
From helping me face and accept pushed down feelings about gender, as a concept in general, but mine, as well, to facing thoughts of grief and death and pain througu a lens that's not crippling to think about, and so much more.
I'm not normally one for sappy youtube comment essays and I know this is way too long but thank you all, to Connie and Sea, but also to everyone who helped to produce these stories both on camera and behind the scenes, I hope you all know how much this group of strangers on the internet appreciates everything you've put into these joy filled, heart wrenching, messy, complicated, gorgeous, worlds.

Sea Tommy, the actor for Litany, is so beautiful. I have the same sort of round face, but I have always hated it. People always say that I am younger then I look and I think my round face makes me look childish and immature. However, seeing someone online with the same round face playing a character that was so serious and... hurt? It shifted my perspective on how I view my own face shape. I've never really seen anyone online with a round face shape like mine, so thank you. Thank you for your amazing performance. Thank you for your wonderful character.
