Another question we are making silage of super Napier. So to increase the DM percent can we add straw at the time of packing? Also to increase the nutrition value can we add other grain flour etc?
Yes for Super Napier silage you can add DM like straws, Grain seeds oil cake , Maize etc but it is very important to test the dry matter before adding any of these, also it is very important to mix all the dry matter content very well before adding
Please confirm 1D and 4D compaction is same or different,we are having only 25-30 cattle so I think there is no need of 4D or other larger machine.Please suggest
