My favorite spot was a place called Bingo down the road from the 7/11 night market. The best coconut curry I've ever had. God I miss the food.

Yeah its such a great island, and reasonably underdeveloped compared to other Thai island. Collectively we have spent about 3 months there in the last 5 years so I know we will be back.

You really should eat proper Thai food, especially when you are there.

How safe was salads their? They wash vegetables with tap water so it can be dangerous.. When in phuket I got a serious food poisoning but actually from a steak in a hotel.
