Scroll Snap Effect | Custom Scrollbar using Framer

Sadly this breaks a bunch of framer core functionality for animation like the crucial "scroll transform". Any workarounds to this, kinda screwed myself telling my client we could do both scroll snapping and horizontal scroll sections.
