@@ayusharts7619 hinduism/sanatan is not a religion. It doesn't have theologies or rules or an organised booklet , some ppl beleive specific things, some don't. You have to guide yourself through it. Sanatan is more about spirituality , its not a cult. You can't question or change things in other religions, but sanatan is all bout seeking, you seek what you wanna believe , not vice versa.

@@looksssoggood1175 I completely agree with you. I am on paper a christian but no longer believe in religion because when I started to question christianity and the bible I became a non believer. During that process I learned that sanatan ( vedas) is the oldest "religion" better known as spirituality, has many similarities to christianity a religion much younger than sanatan. Christians believe the concept of a virgin birth, holy trinity, resurrection and much more as their belief but that is incorrect. They can find those concepts recorded in sanatan wayyyyy before christianity was even a thought. I just believe in being a good person and helping as much as possible. On a different note, this song is so beautiful, I really feel what she is saying even if I don't understand!!

This is a Kannada Folk song, the meaning of this song goes very deep, means only native language people can understand. This song is dedicated to Malai Mahadeshwara, a holy pilgrim place in Southern Part of Karnataka. Pilgrims going to this place, always start their journey by singing folk songs like this enter the temple. Malai Mahesdeshwara means King of 7 hills, the temple is located in deep forest hills of Southern Karnataka.

Thanks for introducing this singer. Most listeners are more used to Hindi - north Indian style of music. This composition is in Karnataka - style. There are many ragas very similar in both the styles. This lady sings in open-throat-ed mode ; and hence the singing appears very bold , confident , and very clear ; which means the phonetics must be perfect. The southern states of India have a tradition that requires a girl to train either in music or dance. This singer one day may equal the great M.S.Subbalaxmi , at least that is what I wish her!

There are two styles of music popular in India. One is Bhatkhande and the other is Palsukar. In north India, Bhatkande works and in South India, its Palsukar. That's why you feel a difference in song styles. I have heard this song so many times and every time tears rolled down my eyes. It's so beautifully sung and so relaxing.

Bhats were basically from Indo-Aryan ancestry. (indian subcontinent - Indo-Aryan and Dravidian descendents) scientifically or ethnically.. religion was then the man made fantasy
In indian subcontinent only it is the Indo Aryan and Indo dravidian ( its the indian culture.. religion caste and all man made fantasies of personal interests or groupism) indian subcontinent/indian culture got divided/destructed on the basis of religion oly... *so leave caste religion nd other made made fantasies groups and all* .. no to caste religion and racial discrimination... we all are same technology ke saat duinya meih aage Badoo
