गव्हाचे पीठ - wheat flour 2 cup
बेसन - besan 1/2 cup
कोथिंबीर - coriander leaves 1/2 cup
आले लसुण मिरची पेस्ट - green chilli ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
तिखट - red chilli powder 1 tbsp
मीठ चवीप्रमाणे - salt to taste
ओवा - carom seeds 1/2 tsp
हिंग - asafoetida 1/4 tsp
हळद - termeric 1/2 tsp
धणे पावडर - coriander powder 1 tbsp
जीरे पावडर - cumin powder 1/2 tsp
गरम मसाला - garam masala 1/2 tsp
