Throughout the entire game, we see him looming over each case, especially the first and last ones.he acts very vague and cryptic at all times, and he's willing to go to any measure to achieve his goals, as seen when he has Apollo present forged evidence in case 1, and following that case, we see that Apollo gains a bad impression of Mr.Wright, and its constantly implied throughout the new trilogy that, in this first game, at least, the feeling is mutual, with Phoenix thinking little of Apollo's legal capabilities. In dual destinies, hes returned to the legal world, but in light of Apollo's lack of trust in him after the events of his own game, he attempts to shake the habits and personality he'd acquired during his disbarrment. we can still see bits of his cryptic side left from AJ in case 2 and 3. The tune of the DD remix really reflects that, especially when compared to SoJ's remix. In Spirit of Justice, Phoenix has returned to his old self in full, blind bluffs and all, and the almost smug, much more upbeat tone of the SoJ remix reflects that. We also see that by this point in the trilogy phoenix has gained full confidence in Apollo abilities, and even dubs him a full-fledged lawyer in his eyes.

Ironic considering his whole goal this game was fixing a foreign country's corrupt judicial system that jails convicts with little to no trial, and if there is a trial it is wholly one sided and one dimensional
Spoilers Seriously, in case 5, when Phoenix acknowledges you as "Mr. Justice" and when this theme plays against you I had to get up and take a huge breath. This moment was too real for me.
Unrelated topic While I searched for the transcript for Turnabout Revolution, I went to the bottom of the page and saw a related search: phoenix wright all characters. What did I see there? Professor Hershel Layton. LAYTON was in THAT LIST. Thank Professor Layton vs. Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney for that.
I really love how the objection theme for Phoenix sounds more mature, yet more serious. It just shows that his life is literally on the line to prove his client is innocent.
i remember when i played 6-5 and during the whole pursuit soundtrack im thinking about how this is when Phoenix always makes his clap backs and then it felt dreadful waiting for him to make yet another “turnabout.”
This is probably the best Phoenix Theme but seeing it in the Civil Trial feels odd, it's menacing do doubt but so much of it feels too heroic and smart, if Capcom remixed it to give it a more menacing aura like how Apollo feels in the Civil Trial, it would have made that Trial even better.
maybe a remix of the original objetion theme just for this trial would be nice, since that theme is not that heroic but more of "i've outsmarted you" kinda vibe.
i disagree i think its better to hear this since it really feels like youre going against how phoenix is as you play as him, it also helps how much smarter he looks because you cant see his thoughts
This is definitely my favorite version of the Objection theme. Something about how the violins and drums interact with each other is absolutely divine.
Out of all the video game lawyers I have seen, no one can be as awesome as the OG Capcom Defense Attorney, Phoenix Wright. From the first game to the most recent entry in the series in 2016, Spirit of Justice, he has clearly been shown to evolve in skill over the course of his career as an attorney. His signature theme was made in Trials and Tribulations, released in 2004. This theme was so iconic that it eventually got remixed in Dual Destinies, and remixed again in Spirit of Justice. Undoubtedly the best lawyer anyone can imagine, he was so good that he even got his own anime as a result, which is something that not a lot of anime-styled video games do these days, the only other two I can think of that follow this formula were Persona 5 and Danganronpa. Danganronpa I believe was in fact inspired by Ace Attorney as a whole, solving trials and cases to progress further into the game. It's currently unknown if Danganronpa and Ace Attorney will eventually have a collaboration together, but if that were the case, I'm almost certain that Phoenix Wright would easily beat Monokuma in his trial, which I would love to see in the final trial. If this theme is put into that collaboration game, yes, it will be a little lazy from the developers, but how can anyone complain about that at all? This theme is the true embodiment of law, order and Justice. Not a ten out of ten, but so far beyond that. ♾️/10. Best video game character to ever exist! Congratulations, you just earned a subscription from me that will last for eternity! Keep up all the great work you do! 👍
Thanks for the likes, I appreciate it very much! Have the greatest days you can ever possibly have! You deserve it all! You are all great people that deserve all the support you can receive! 😊
Watching Pierce Nichody get desperate before his breakdown while this played was sad. He was the best villain of SOJ and I will die on that hill! I hope he’s on parole, because honestly, he didn’t deserve to be arrested.
SPOILERS I really like the idea of the opposition having their own objection themes. If we ever get a Klavier/Blackquill investigations game I hope we hear apollo's/athena's objection themes
I always felt Objection 2001, while still a great track in itself, was a bit too simplistic to be a character's theme. 2004 is in the game where Phoenix's character arc comes full circle, so it's perfect.
If I were to ever compose for an ace attorney, one thing I would really love to do is make an objection and/or pursuit theme for the prosecutor. Yeah sure a lot of them have their themes that play in court, but only Klavier's really screams "OBJECTION!" in the same way that the defence's do. Blackquill's, Godot's and Nahyuta's are too calm (although they are still great songs), and the von karma family's theme doesn't even play in court. It would be great to have an objection theme that was used in a similar way to the civil case in 6-5. Having Phoenix's objection play while you were playing as Apollo was so chilling and so cool, I want that to be a feeling that carries across to all prosecutors instead of just playing their normal theme or Reveal the Truth
True though. It would have to be a more sinister feel to it though. The only issue I have with this theme being used in the 5th case is it is clearly meant to be hyped and successful sounding. Even though what just happened, was actually a setback
This should've played in Dual Destinies when Phoenix yelled "Objection!" coming in the doorway, since it sounds more like a "Great Revival"ish theme.Anybody agree?
Hah i used so many of these songs to speedrun through exams just cuz they kept me in a good mood due to needle perfect sound quality-thanks for uploading this
I wonder what a game Phoenix Wright will be on the Switch? Of course the same but what will be different? I want to feel those desk slamming, the evidence, etc.
The Switch is Nintendo's new super console. It's both a home console and a portable console. AND on top of that, the 3ds is dying. So AA7 will probably be on Switch.
Someone should make a triple mix of 3 versions of Phoenix's letimotif below: Phoenix Wright ~ Objection! 2011 (Ultimate Marvel VS Capcom 3) Phoenix Wright ~ Objection! 2012 - England (Professor Layton VS Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney) Phoenix Wright ~ Objection! 2015 (Project X Zone 2)

I love this theme. Who cares if it's another remix of T&T. This is literally Phoenix's theme. Considering what happened at the end of T&T, I'd expect this to be his theme. Pretty symbolic (I wanted a remix of another theme, but if it's this then I'm fine honestly. It's not a deal breaker for me. Still just as hyped as before).

There is no room for debate. This is Phoenix Wright theme. Objection 2001 is Mia Fey's theme.
I'd say they're all Phoenix's themes to some extent, especially since it's Objection 2001 is the theme used for Phoenix's final trial before his disbarment. 2001 is his main "theme" pre disbarment, and 2004 is his main theme after his return to law.
Just because someone's dead doesn't mean you have to mock them

Truly the most epic theme in the entire series!
My god I'm so hyped for this game.
@@cross985 IMO the JfA theme feels more like a cheeky "haha gotcha" theme than any of the others

Its actually quite amazing
This man is doing gods work
Just realized that-technically? _Spirit of Justice_ has no new Objection theme - it just has remixes of the ones from _Dual Destinies._
