I’ve seen a ribbon driveway spread is by laying landscape fabric. Start with several layers of landscape fabric down on top of each other in the center of the lane, lay gravel offset to one side, then pull gravel over onto the other side. Also seen it done with corrugated barn roofing panels. Yours seems easier than both. Might add some plywood into a V at the bottom..?
@@GiveWarAChance375 yep we like simple for sure. I think the plywood V would be a great idea. We always hauled some gravel piled up in the center both ways which isn’t the best for sure. Have a good one!
@@paulcrave3112 yep, we used to do it with a small dump truck by throwing 2 concrete blocks next to each other in the middle before loading the truck. Appreciate you, have a good one! 😁
@@GiveWarAChance375 thanks for watching and your comment. The 53’s we get around here is that size and smaller but with about a half the load being dust. It is easy to grade out and it locks together nicely but we liked these 7’s better on this job anyway. Appreciate you, have a great day and be safe!
Nice job.
@@paulcrave3112 thank you!

My first thought was to build a V inside the box but when I saw how you did it I thought that would be sufficient.
