no, it is not a tsubasa cronicles manga. it is a Cardcaptor Sakura manga. it is the final part of the manga of that series. if you don't believe me find "Sakura Card Captors Ultimo Manga" it will show it in good quality but in spanish.
I'm not sure about episode number, but it was when they were rehearsing for a scene together. Now thinking about it, I think it was from a movie. not an episode.
