I've had this on a sleep playlist and and decided to heck with the fact it's boiling and humid I'm going to listen to it anyway. Within 5 minutes I was cooler, and not long after chilly enough to need a throw. And did I sleep.. Gael. This is something else. Between the howling weather and the reaffirming breathing this is a treat.. Bet I'm going to listen to it a bunch during the rest of summer cos I struggle to sleep when it's that humid.
