    मेरे चेहरे की त्वचा बहूत ढीली और रूखी हो गई है ( मुझे लगभग 20 वर्षों से मुहासों की समस्या रही है , चिकित्सा से स्थाई लाभ नहीं हुआ ) । मैंने भी कोलेजन के बारे में सुना और इसे खरीदने के बारे में ऊँच रहा था । आपका वीडियो देखकर मुझे इसकी आवश्यकता नहीं लग रही हैं ।

    Sahi matra me lo to sab theek rahega..
    I take many vitamins suppliments and Collegen suppliments daily because age badhne par foods se poora nahi milta .. zyada to bhojan bhi nuksan deta hai...sahi matra me or adhik Umar hone par hi Lena chahiye...I use mustard oil and desi ghee

      @@drsudhirdhakre sorry sir for this I too am depending on the lables..I read whatever is written on the lables and also I prefer Marine based or animal based sources and most importantly I check the Collegen type and top most the Fssai approved...I can't suggest anyone any brand because that is my personal choice and I may be wrong then why should anyone else suffer...but I'm very happy with my choices

      If you take too much collagen/protein you can get high uric acid which can also cause gout.

    mene jb se collegen k cepsool khana shuru kiye hen meri itni sakht qabz hogai hai k kya btau.. mene bd me video me suna k ye qabz krta hai cepsool k pichy 2 glass paani peena chahye

      If I have missed anything regarding vegetarian people then I will make one more video for them.
      India me majority log vegetarian hote he, kya wo collagen supplements lete he? My father, who 87 years old he never took and till date he even don't know what are collagen supplements and is much younger than me.
      So please don't confuse yourself and others too. In this video my aim was to tell everyone that better take collagens in natural form instead of these market products about which no one knows whether they will harm you or benefit you

      Who told you that vegetarian food doesn't contain collagen?
      Please, at least try to find out that there are so many varieties of fruits and vegetables which contains more collagen than non veg food
