Make sure they provide reports on current rankings for target keywords so you can see they are progrsssing in the rankings

OPMAN? Overall, we are always changing and tweaking comp plans to find what's best.

Wix or Weebly - either are a great place to start for an easy to build and very inexpensive website to get you started.
Weebly! I used to use wix but the seo section on weebly is much easier to use!
