I didn't know there was a Fox Distribution system. (like the Cat Distribution). Speaking of which, that cat wasn't concerned at all about a wild fox. Didn't even seem to notice the stray fox.

It only take one vixen (female fox) and if she go and get a mate and establish her dens close to that house and the person continue to feed her then she will inreturn bring her pups/cubs around after they get old enough to be feed too. Or starts to return on their own even if she isn’t around.

I try to feed the foxes when food is scarce and when there are many new born baby squirrels and birds. Also if I c a fox hunting during the day I will assume there is a litter nearby but i always scatter the food and try to encourage a forage.
Tempting and for some of us hard to not do. But better not, is how I got schooled. O wanted to help and berekend it all too. I know it can be hard to let it be. But there is solid logic behind that stance.
