I’m pretty sure Joe Kelly’s motion is from MLB 24. I think it was from the developer’s stream of 24 before the game was released. I can redo another Joe Kelly with my copy of 24 if you want.
I know you’ve been waiting for Joe Kelly’s to be redone again, and I’m working on it but it’s more challenging than I thought. He’s even worst than Aroldis Chapman when it comes to trying to match up MLB the Shows 24 version and his real pitching motion. His real pitching motion is simply so much faster than what MLB the Show has produced. If I try matching up the start of the motion, then his MLB the Show midway point is where his real life release point would be. But then if I match up his Show release point with his real life release point, then the start of the motion for his MLB the show motion is so much faster and out of sync than his real life motion. I will still do it, but I need to figure out a way to showcase this ‘issue’ so the video isn’t too drawn out and long. I might do some text overlay to specify the issue. I might have to really freeze frame and slow his real motion so each frame matches his video game motion, but then I would have to also specify that on screen. or I could do it another way so the video unfortunately might be longer than desired. But I’m definitely still going to do it because it’s important to show an example where MLB the Show doesn’t really properly replicate a pitchers mechanics.
MLB Perfect Inning, a mobile game has more accurate pitching deliveries than a console game, PATHETIC
If the movement is from MLB the show 23, you could make the movement on the 24th
The movement is not from MLB the show 23?

Wow! Never thought of comparing real life with The Show. Pretty disappointing and inaccurate
