It is later than Europe and North America, but it seems to be moving as fast as possible in my region. Come on I want to try it.

(아두이노로 우회하는 방법도 있긴한데... My CSL DD was announced for Sept 15th. Yesterday I got an e-mail: "We have some great news! Your CSL DD pre-order is shipping soon, earlier than originally planned." Today it arrived. So maybe you could get it earlier than expected.🙂
I think it’s reasonably priced but definitely not cheap as some are suggesting. It has the same amount of power as the CSL elite, more fidelity of course but people are talking like they’re getting a £1000 wheelbase for half
now all they need is an xbox version of the CSL hub and its will be truly affordble, because preferaby i dont want to pay 350 for a xbox compatible hub. £300 base, £150 csl wheel hub/wheel, £130 pedals. One more CSL hub and the eco system becomes truly affordable for PC and XBox, and persumably the CSL DD PS will come out soon too.
Hello, I have a problem when I connect the csl dd base to my xbox, it does not recognize the base, it considers it a controller and not a steering wheel. When I go to the F1 2021 games, and that I go into force feedback etc. the proposed settings display a controller and not a steering wheel. My steering wheel and my base are up to date, I don't know how to do it.

Got mine delivered this morning, its so beautiful! 😍One Point: The Delivery of 2 different region power cables is just a waste of ressources and not very economical. 99% of people wont need it. Got a ton of cheap useless short HDMI DPort and power cables of all kind of brands. Imagine multipy this millions of times. 🤷🏻♂️

@@N.B.007 Since it's a direct drive wheel, the actual motor itself is attached to the driveshaft, so you will feel everything that the motor has to offer. Since gear driven wheels like the Logitech ones and belt driven like thrustmaster use different mechanisms to replicate the feel of the motor, because the motor isn't direcrly attached to the driveshaft, you won't always get the full potential of the motors force and will have some loss in finer force feedback details as a result. Their still good options, but a direct drive wheel like this will give you the full force and detail that the motor can possibly offer.
I would love to get a full fanatec setup but it is ridiculous how I need to pay a extra £350 just to get it shipped to the UK. I don't want to get a Logitech or thrustmaster set up. If anybody can help me maybe even fanatec.
What? Shipping isnt close to that price? If youre talking about import fees thats VAT which is removed from the price at the basket. Its only a tiny amount more expensive (about 10 pounds) than for others due to the ups handling fee
My first CSL DD 8Nm burned itself after 2 weeks. I received the RMA'd product (new wheelbase) yesterday and tested it today for 2 hours. Suddenly it disconnected mid-race and after checking the wheelbase, the usb-connector in the QR1 base-side had bent and destroyed. What the heck is going on.. This makes me so sad :/
@@_pjd Yep 😄 I received the repaired base last week. Haven't tested it. But I already bought the Asetek Invicta so I don't really need the Fanatec wheelbase anymore.
@MikaTarkela I cancelled my order with Fanatec last night and switching all my equipment to Simagic. Been with Fanatec since the beginning, but I can't do with the uncertainties and let down.
Buyer beware!! This product is prone to a common issue where the input shaft (which connects internally via usb c - kind of chinsy imo) backs itself out while you use the wheel. I’ve had mine for a few months and this has happened numerous times. Fanatec is aware of the issue and their “solution” is to undo the clamp ring, push the shaft into the base, and re-tighten the ring. I’ve done this multiple times and it just keeps happening. The wheel feels great, however this significant issue makes the product extremely unreliable. Very disappointed that I spent my hard earned money on this.
The CSL DD has been available for pre-order since the beginning of June, those first orders are arriving to customers today. This product is in extremely high demand, so the estimated availability date on the product page will continue to move backwards as we take more pre-orders, so I recommend that you place a pre-order if you can. Eventually our production capacity will catch up with demand and the CSL DD will be marked as 'In stock, ready to ship', but that might not happen for some time...
Dont buy the csl elite pedals if you want a clutch. They dont sell their load cell kit for that pedal set anymore. just buy the csl pedals and the csl clutch kit instead
Cant wait mine to arrive in October. Anyways, quick question. Do I need to install the Software first or Should I need to connect all components first to PC then download/ install software? I heard somewhere that to prevent issue the software should be installed first then connect hardware to PC and power on. Cheers.

@@russellstone6390 If that part were to break (very unlikely as it is not under any kind of stress), then it could be repaired/replaced. Also note that the entire Base-Side Quick Release is user-replaceable.

Dont buy the csl elite pedals if you want a clutch. They dont sell their load cell kit for that pedal set anymore. just buy the csl pedals and the csl clutch kit instead
Cant wait mine to arrive in October. Anyways, quick question. Do I need to install the Software first or Should I need to connect all components first to PC then download/ install software? I heard somewhere that to prevent issue the software should be installed first then connect hardware to PC and power on. Cheers.
It shouldn't make a difference. But by connecting everything first, the installer can immediately detect the components.

hey you connected everything ?wheel and all that to the base before first startup like they say in video? because some people saying not to connect the wheel they saying to update firmware of the base and then connect the wheel I'm confused.

@@russellstone6390 If that part were to break (very unlikely as it is not under any kind of stress), then it could be repaired/replaced. Also note that the entire Base-Side Quick Release is user-replaceable.

Hey Thomas! Sorry for late question, but is there a way to make a motorcycle handlebar attachment to your wheelbases? I know it doesn't exist yet... But I think you have aced all of the wheel rims and the Motorcycle racers need a little love! How hard could it be?
